Brian is an awesome realtor. He goes above and beyond to get the job done. He is honest and knowledgeable. I have been working with Brian since 2009, and he has always done everything possible to help me rent my house. I live out of state and it would be very difficult to keep this rental without Brian's expertise and assistance. I will not use anyone else for my real estate needs in Arizona.
I have been trying to find the right words to write this review for a long time...... Partly because Brian is a extremely rare find. He is a fantastic realtor and I think after doing multiple transactions with him for the past 8 years, that we are friends now. I’ve used his services to purchase a home, to help me lease and manage a rental property, to sell a home, and my mother has also had him represent her in purchasing her home.
We were lucky enough to find him when we bought our first home in Lakewood in 2009. He made the process of buying a foreclosed home extremely smooth and hassle free and had referrals for everything from pool services to painters, electricians and everything in between. Professionals that I continued to use and recommend myself.
When we sold our home 8 years later there was no other person that I would have trusted to get the most value from my home. He worked as if he was selling his own house. Constant contact - including answering my call while he was on a camping trip! - to discuss the market interest and movement and plans to generate more market interest.
It’s very stressful selling a home. Emotional. Brian was always there to listen and assure me. I honestly don’t know what I would have done without him.
Brian has incredible market insight, knowledge of trends and endless patience and energy. He is hard-working but is not high pressure and works in your interests - not his own. He will never push you to do something you are uncomfortable with. You are the boss and you make the call - but his recommendations and suggestions are spot-on so it pays to listen to him.
And that home purchase that he represented for my elderly mother? He calls her and checks in on her since I moved out of state to see if she needs anything between my visits.

My husband and I purchased two houses with Brian‘s help. He was flexible, understanding, knowledgeable, and available whenever we needed him. He helped us navigate our options even ones we may not have considered previously. He negotiated well and kept us informed. The lender that we used had some discrepancies in numbers but Brian made sure to help us know what to expect and make some of the phone calls for us to keep everything moving along. If we should ever move again he’s the only realtor we would ever use.
We bought our first house with him in 2011. It was an amazing experience. He then listed that house for us sold it within a week and Helped us get into the new neighborhood that we wanted in 2015. The options below don’t reflect all of that so this is added for more detail.
